Yoga and Wellness

Join @sanctuary.with.sarah for a rejuvenating pop-up yoga class at Heaton Festival on
Saturday from 3pm-4pm to energise your body and uplift your spirit. This session will
introduce you to Sarah’s unique blend of yoga and holistic wellness, creating a space for you
to connect with yourself and the local community. All welcome – even if it’s you’ve not done
yoga before!
This class is a prelude to Sarah’s Summer Radiant Series. For more info and to register your

Heaton Victoria Bowling Club offers a warm welcome to all ages and levels of experience at their Open Day for Heaton Festival 2019.
Come and have a go at Lawn Bowls, our members will be there to offer demonstrations and help you have a go.
We are always looking for new members.
Find us on the green near the gate to Armstrong Park on Heaton Road.
Flat shoes only allowed on the green, eg. Trainers, Sneakers, etc.
